Dice-K Game #7
WOW! That was awesome. The traditionally shaky 4th turned into the 5th in this one, but one ER on his third dinger of the year is fine by me. Thats 4 wins for Mr. Matsuzaka.
He was in contol the entire game and never really had to worry about pitching his way out of trouble.
The Sox hit Four homers in the game to help the Dice man out, but the the struggling Blue Jays whiffed there way out of contention early.
The highlight was striking out the side in the second inning. nasty nasty stuff.
The Yankees better hope that The Rocket stumbles accross the fountain of youth while he’s wandering around on his off days away from the team. Because Beckett is an All Star, Schilling is well, Schilling, Dice-K is a monster and Timmy Wakefield is better than solid. Maybe Andy Pettitte might grow another arm or something.
